Trans-Duodenal Concepts GmbH is proud to announce that we have been able to recruit Mr Robert Schavan, a proven expert with international experience and network in the healthcare sector, as Chief Operating Officer from March 2024.<\/p>\n
Mr. Schavan, a graduate engineer in biomedical engineering, has held various management positions in medical technology over the past 30 years. His many years of experience allow him to cover an exceptionally broad spectrum such as regulatory and quality management, business development, product management, sales, marketing and internationalization as well as research and development.<\/p>\n
Among other things, Mr. Schavan built up a successful start-up company from the ground up as CEO. His outstanding successes, certification of the company, approval of a highly innovative Class III medical device and winning the Innovation Award of the German Economy 2012\/2013 are proof of his management qualities. In the past, he has also held various management positions at international companies in the medical device industry.<\/p>\n
In the current phase, Mr. Schavan will primarily be responsible for the MDR approval of our Trans-Duodenal Barrier and the certification of the company. We wish Mr. Schavan a good start and look forward to working with him for many years to come.<\/p>\n
